Md. Maqbul-E-Elahi Chowdhury, son of Late Mokbular Rahman Chowdhury and Late Rawshan Ara Chowdhury of Village: Routhpara, Post Office: Shanerhat, PS: Pirgonj, District: Rangpur, was born in  November 19, 1951 at Nilokhia, Bakshigonj, Jamalpur (maternal Grandfather’s house). He is Bangladeshi by birth.
